Why It's Wild

Hasumi is a beautiful oceanfront escape embraced by the rainforest and overlooking a small cove, where you truly feel the change of tides. Large sliding windows open to a half-covered deck hanging above the shoreline with a private sunken cedar hot tub, from where guests can slow down and immerse themselves in nature, spotting whales, sunbathing, stargazing, or storm watching. This cabin is a one-bedroom sanctuary with 10-foot ceilings, multiple windows, and a stunning custom-made cedar sauna. The light oak kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances and handmade tableware. The bedroom has a cozy reading nook with an ocean view, a light oak closet, and a king-size bed complete with an organic wool mattress and topper. Pure linen was selected for the bedsheets, and premium cotton for the towels and bathrobes. Hasumi, where Japanese aesthetics, Scandinavian minimalism, and Pacific Northwest coziness meet the ocean and forest.
