The dry season from June through October is highlighted as the most spectacular period in the Linyanti. As other water sources across Botswana dry, elephants, buffalo and predators concentrate around the permanent Linyanti River and Savuti Channel. November through April brings wetter conditions, greener landscapes and strong birding opportunities.
